Wi-Monito is a school monitoring and report writing application primarily developed to assist every teacher to plan, record, and monitor assessment and produce professional and accurate on time reports for both the school and parents. Also design to give instant report to parent on child performance

WHY DO I NEED TO USE Wi-Monito?

Wi-Monito is an online system, so you don’t need to buy any additional hardware, you don’t need to buy or install any new software, all you need is an internet connection and a web browser, and your data is stored in the cloud, you don't need to worry about backups, file locations etc.

HOW DO I SETUP Wi-Monito?

Create a new school, after creating a new school, setup school calender; importing pupil lists, choosing subjects, grouping pupils, creating report formats and assigning tasks to staff members. you can call us and we will assign a staff to help you out.

NO, each child's account is personalized to the guardian specified, except the school administrator(s) and staff or teacher assigned.

Do I always need a Personal Computer to access Wi-Monito?

No, You don't necessarily need to have a PC to access Wi-Monito, its developed and optimized to be accessible on your Smartphones, Tablets and PC.

I received an SMS, i want to reply but couldn't reply directly

Whenever you receive sms as regards your childs performance, you cannot reply directly, to reply or make a comment, login into the Wi-Monito portal, then you can view the message/comment and reply.
NOTE: the message/comment was sent to your phone because it requires an urgent attention or action.

How do I change my password?

Login into the Wi-Monito portal, you will see an option labelled 'Change Password' at the top right.

Its either classes/students have not been mapped to you. Contact Wi-Monito administrator of your school

Do I need to be a principal to create a new school on Wi-Monito?

No, The school can assign a staff thats an I.T literate.

Is there provision for multiple users, CAN two or more teachers take the same subject for a particular class?

Yes, the administrator can create multiple users, assign tasks and map out subjects and classess to them.

I'm an administrator, how do i upload all my pupils' list on Wi-Monito or do i have to upload them one after the other?

Chances are you already have your pupil list in electronic form already. The system will let you copy and paste straight from this to import multiple pupils. The user can also do a batch upload with excel. To do this the user is to download the student MS Excel list format in which can be filled and uploadeded directly.

As an administrator, how can I restrict informations that are confidencial?

By default config of the application, only administrators have full access to the overall functionality. The staff do have right based on the level set for them, you can go to Permission and assign/remove right to groups(level 1-4). For any other restriction, let us know. support@wi-monito.com

How can i configure the application to suit my schools standard?

Wi-Monito is optimized to be easily customized to your school requirements or standards. However, if you need any help as regards configuration or experiencing any bottleneck, contact the Wi-Monito support team.

I'm a parent, i want to know if students also have access to Wi-Monito?

YES! We have student section where they are allow to do Computer Based Test(CBT) and to see their result on assignments and more.

If a student leaves the school, does the parent still have access to school informations?

No, access will be withdrawn since the parent has no child or children in the school anymore.

Would the notification be sent to parents via emial and sms at the same time?

This depends on the urgency. Notifications can be sent both ways.

I'm a teacher, i mistakenly promoted a student, how do i rectify it?

Report to your administrator. He/She will do the needful on it.

Do we pay for Wi-Monito subscription?

No! ITS FREE! Wi-monito is free. We hope you enjoy it.
